Include a banner link in your email signature. If you use Outlook: select “Tools” from the menu bar. Select “Options”. Select “Mail Format” from the upper tabs. Within “Mail Format, select “Signatures” and “Edit”. Copy and paste the banner of your choice below your contact information.
