Tom Watkins is the President and CEO of TDW and Associates, a global education and business consulting firm. TDW and Associates serves as an education, business and government consultant and advisor to clients in the public, private, education and non-profit sectors.
Tom recently held the position as Superintendent of Public Instruction for the State of Michigan, serving 1.7 million students with an annual budget of over $12 billion. There he created and implemented a 21st century accreditation system that spurred academic achievement for all students, with special attention to those most at risk.
